Do you require long-term contracts?

No. We don't lock customers into long-term contracts. Recurring plans are available if you want ongoing prevention, but they're optional.

Yes. We use Health Canada registered products applied according to label directions by a Licensed Ontario Pesticide Applicator, in a way that keeps children in mind. We'll advise you on any short re-entry times for treated areas.

Are your treatments safe for pets?

Yes, when applied and used as directed. Rodent bait is placed only in tamper-resistant, locked stations. Interior treatments are targeted to cracks, voids and areas pets don't access. We'll walk you through any pet-specific precautions on treatment day.

How quickly can you come out?

How long does a treatment take?

Most residential treatments take 30–90 minutes on the initial visit, depending on the pest and property size. Bed bug and heavy cockroach jobs can take longer.

Do I need to leave my home during treatment?

For most general pest treatments, no. For bed bug work we'll give you exact preparation and re-entry instructions in advance.

How many visits will I need?

General pest treatments are often one to two visits. Cockroach jobs typically need 2–3 visits, bed bug jobs 2–3 visits spaced 2 weeks apart, and rat programs 3–5 visits.

Will pests come back after treatment?

If the full protocol is completed and prep/prevention instructions are followed, active infestations are resolved. New infestations from outside sources are always possible — that's what our follow-up warranty period covers.

We're customer satisfaction focused. Follow-up service is available within the treatment warranty period when applicable — if pests return within that window, we come back at no extra cost.

Why do I still see pests right after treatment?

For cockroaches, ants and some other pests it's normal (and a good sign) to see disoriented insects in the first 1–2 weeks — that's the bait working through the colony. Populations drop sharply after the second visit.

What should I do before treatment?

For general pest control, minimal prep — clear counters and access under sinks. For bed bug treatment we provide a detailed written prep list covering laundry, decluttering and furniture access.

Follow any specific re-entry instructions we provide. Avoid mopping or heavily cleaning treated baseboard and perimeter areas for 2–4 weeks so the product remains active.

Can I spray my own products between visits?

Please don't. Over-the-counter sprays are usually repellents that push pests away from our bait and can restart the infestation. Call us instead if you see activity.
